Make a Payment from Another Financial Institution
You have options: Electronic Transfer (ACH) or Debit Card1.
All with great added features:
- Set up a Text Alert to remind you when a payment is due.
- Make your payment by text (optional).
- Create a Recurring Payment (optional).
- See your payment pending on your loan the same/next day2.
- Encryption guarantees your information is secure.
Self-Serve Electronic Transfer
Free
- Make a quick and easy loan payment from another financial institution (FI).
- There are no fees when you use electronic transfer.
- To log in, you’ll need information about your RRCU account.
- To set up payment, have your account number and routing number from the other FI handy.
Debit Card Payment Option
$3.99 FEE
- You can choose to pay your loan using a debit card from another FI.
- Create a Login ID to enroll as a user in the Card Portal.
- With Login ID, you can:
- Set up recurring payments
- Create Text Alerts and make payments by text
- Store payment options
- A $3.99 service fee will apply to each debit card payment.

If you require assistance with making loan payments, you can rely on us. Our team members can help process your loan payments over the phone at (903)735-3000. A $7.99 service fee per payment will apply for caller-assisted payments.

Can I avoid fees when making loan payments?
Yes, you can make loan payments without fees. Simply choose our free electronic transfer option and make your loan payments from your online or mobile banking account.

Can I set up automatic payment transfers?
Yes. Log into your online or mobile banking account, and there, you’ll be able to set up automatic electronic transfers to pay on your loans. This option ensures you never miss a payment.
When you set up automatic payments, you should ensure your account has enough funds to cover the payment amount to avoid any overdraft fees or returned payments.

First-Time Login Instructions
- Choose your preferred payment type and select the corresponding Make A Payment button.
- Select Enroll Now on the next screen and follow the on-screen instructions.
- Use your member number as your Login ID. If an error occurs, please contact RRCU at 903-735-3000.
- Check the box labeled “Remember my phone/email” to receive a verification code and continue using the Fast Pay option.
