Need a debit card but can’t make it to a branch? Get your new debit card digitally in minutes and start using it right away—no waiting, no worries.

Once issued, you are able to immediately access all debit card controls and add to your mobile wallet of choice within digital banking.

Physical cards will be mailed to address on file. USPS will not forward with change of address. Rush on physical cards are available for a fee.

- Report a lost or stolen card
- File a dispute
FRAUD TEXT ALERTS - If you're unsure about a message, call 833-830-1147 to speak with a debit card specialist to assist with your fraud alerts. We will never ask for your pin number. If suspicious activity is detected on your account, RRCU will text you from our Fraud Center with a simple YES or NO question. Please reply promptly. The message will include an option to opt out.
