Ask Rosey
RRCU's Digital Assistant for the Phone Center

Rosey's Ready to Take Your Call
Rosey works 24/7/365, including holidays, when calling 903-735-3000! Just use short phrases for her to answer questions, perform transactions, or direct your call as needed.
Rosey, our digital assistant, will allow you to receive information faster; offering help when you may need it most.
What do you need to do to prepare?
Not a whole lot! Just know when you call it might be a little different and, to conduct a banking transaction, you'll need to know your member number and other personal information to authenticate you.
When greeted by Rosey, all you have to do is ask your question and it will be answered. Though Rosey will be a great help, we know there are situations in which you will need human assistance, like asking about your loan status, creditworthiness, or addressing deceased accounts, for example. Rosey will know when a representative is needed to assist you further and will ask if you would like to speak to one, all you have to do is say yes. After hours, members will be directed to a voicemail.
This service enhancement will not replace our call center representatives who know you personally and offer consistent service. Rosey is on our call center team to better assist you and enhance your experience at RRCU.
