RRCU Express ITMs
RRCU Express is a division of Red River Credit Union over our growing fleet of Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs). ITMs have all the functionality of an ATM with the added option of speaking with an RRCU Express Teller. Through two-way video and audio, Express Tellers assist members with standard drive-thru transactions, providing information, and much more! Members talk with and visually see an Express Teller who guides them through the transaction process. ITMs are easy to use, providing the same friendly in-branch service members have come to know with the added benefit of extended hours.
Express Tellers are available Monday-Saturday from 7AM to 7PM, and most holidays.
You can deposit or withdraw funds from any savings or checking account on which you are an owner. You can even make a loan payment. Debit Cards, Transaction Slips, or Loan Coupons are not required. For cash back or account balance, make sure you have an approved form of identification (e.g., Driver's License, State ID). Just touch the screen to begin.
Our Express Central staff have decades of advanced product and service experience. Our Express Tellers are excited about this new [to us] technology and are working to ensure members have the best ITM experience possible.
