Texarkana College is celebrating its annual Hispanic Heritage Month Festival, Tuesday, September 30th from 11am - 1pm. Games, music, community vendors, bounce houses, free chips and salsa, free T-shirts, traditional dance performances, grito competition and much more! RRCU will be onsite joining in all the fun!
