RRCU – Refer-A-Friend Checking Account Offer (Program):

The person making the referral (Referrer) will earn a $80 Visa^® Incentive Card for each individual referred (Referred Person) to Red River Employees Federal Credit Union (RRCU) who registers for the offer, opens a new RRCU personal checking account, and completes the offer requirements within the time specified in the offer. To make a referral, the Referrer must register for the Program and share the offer with their friends, family, or coworkers. A Referrer may receive up to six (6) Visa Incentive Cards ($480 value) within a calendar year, but only one Referrer may receive a Visa Incentive Card for each Referred Person who fulfills the requirements.

To earn a $80 Visa Incentive Card, the Referred Person must register by following the link provided in the referral email or on social media, open a new RRCU personal checking account and meet the following requirements within 65 days of account opening:

• At least two Direct Deposits totaling $500 or more within 60 days
• 25 Debit Card swipes (ATM not included)
• Sign up for eStatements

The Referrer authorizes the sending of communications to each Referred Person. The email may not be recovered if the person has “opted out” of marketing material from RRCU or ReferLive. Each person who registers at ReferLive authorizes future communications including emails regarding the Program unless they “opt out” by making an election at ReferLive or within such email. The Referred Person acknowledges that a Visa Incentive Card will be issued to the Referrer after all conditions have been met in the time frames provided.

The Referred Person must qualify for membership, and both Referred Person and Referrer must be at least 18 years old to be eligible to participate for the Refer-A-Friend Program. RRCU employees are ineligible to participate in this offer. This offer can be changed at any time without notice.

Personal Checking Account refers to MembersChoice Premier* Checking or Basic Checking. 

A direct deposit is defined as a recurring ACH deposit by an employer or the government directly into a payee's bank account. Paypal, Venmo, Square, Cash App, or equivalent app transactions do not qualify as a direct deposit.
By participating in the Program, participants agree to and are bound by the Program Terms and Conditions. If participants do not wish to agree to and abide by the Program Terms and Conditions in their entirety, they are not authorized to participate in the Program.

By participating in the Program, Participants release RRCU and its respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any loss, harm, damages, cost, or expense, including. without limitation, property damages, personal injury and/or death, arising out of or in any way connected to the Program and/or the use of any Program incentives.

Participants agree to indemnify, defend, and hold RRCU and its representatives and agents harmless from and against any and all third-party claims, demands, liabilities, costs, or expenses, including attorney's fees and costs, arising from, or related to any breach by the participant of any of these Program Terms and Conditions or any violation by participant of applicable law.

RRCU reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to prohibit any individual from participating in any aspect of the Program if RRCU deems or suspects that such individual has engaged in or has attempted to engage in any of the following: a) acting in violation of these Program Terms and Conditions; b) damaging, tampering with or corrupting the operation of the Program or Site; c) activity deemed in the sole discretion of RRCU to be generally inconsistent with the intended operation of the Program. RRCU shall be the sole determiner in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or breach of these Program Terms and Conditions or intent of these Program Terms and Conditions.

RRCU reserves the right to cancel or suspend the Program should it determine, in its sole discretion, that the security or fairness of the Program has been compromised in any way. Disclaimer of Warranties: PARTICIPANTS AND PROSPECTIVE PARTICIPANTS EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT: (A) YOUR USE OF THE PROGRAM IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THE PROGRAM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS AND RRCU EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, CONDITIONS AND TERMS OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED BY STATUTE, COMMON LAW OR CUSTOM, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PROMISES AS TO PRODUCTS OR SERVICES OFFERED THROUGH THE USE OF THE PROGRAM, IMPLIED PROMISES OF MERCHANTABILITY, SATISFACTORY QUALITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT; (B)RRCU MAKES AND GIVES NO PROMISE THAT (i) THE PROGRAM WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, (ii) BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, (iii) THE RESULTS OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE PROGRAM WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE, (iv) THE QUALITY OF ANY PRODUCTS, SERVICES, INFORMATION, OR OTHER MATERIAL OBTAINED BY YOU THROUGH THE PROGRAM WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS, AND (v) ANY ERRORS IN THE SERVICE WILL BE CORRECTED; AND (C) ANY MATERIAL OBTAINED THROUGH THE USE OF THE PROGRAM IS ACCESSED AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION AND RISK.

Please allow 4-6 weeks after completion of all requirements for delivery of the Visa Incentive Card. The Visa Incentive Cards are subject to Terms and Conditions delivered with the card. Incentives Cards may be reported as income to the IRS.
